WHAT IS RETURN POLICY ?
This is a free shipping item with overseas dropshipping, but you can only request a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. However, if the customer has simply changed their mind, or if it has been more than 14 days since they received the item, they cannot request a return/exchange.
It can be tricky when the product arrives, but be sure to check for defects or product defects before use.
If you would like to return/exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of arrival.
Please note that you will not be able to request a return/exchange if it is more than 14 days.

If the return or exchange occurs due to the customer's convenience, the customer must bear the shipping cost by himself. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products after use or due to a change of mind from a customer. (For example, if you return an item due to a "size mismatch", "display color difference", "image effect", "customer order error", etc., the exchange request will be returned and exchanged at the customer's convenience.)
Return Conditions
If there is a quality problem (damage, contamination) when the product is not in use, we will bear the shipping cost. Please request a return/exchange and we will process it as soon as possible.
However, returns/exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases.
After wearing (label cutting) and after washing
Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
Products that have been used or show signs of wear
If more than 14 days after the arrival of the item
If you return the product without contacting us
If you have lost or damaged accessories such as labels and boxes
Scented goods, such as cigarettes or perfumes
If you are unwilling to purchase or are considered a malicious order
If you return the invoice by sticking it directly to the box or by sticking the plastic on the product.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?
ALL ITEMS RESPECTING THE POLICY CAN BE RETURNED.
You can return multiple orders in a single package. Please provide the purchase orders corresponding to the returned items. To return your item(s), simply follow the instructions below within 14-days of receiving your order:
- Go online to initiate your return.
- Provide us with the reason for the return.
- After review of your return is accepted you may receive a shipping label.
- Repackage carefully with all the original hangtags and packaging and apply your shipping label to the reusable bag or box.
- Drop it off at your nearest any express location.
- A refund notification will be sent once the return has been processed at our warehouse.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND ?
Shipping costs will only be charged once (and returns). There will be no additional cost for returns.
We will process your refund within 15 business days of confirming your return, please understand that the deposit time for the refund varies depending on the bank's circumstances.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
You can initiate a return from your account or directly contact us with your order number and the product you wish to return.
For exchanges, we do not charge any additional fees. You can opt for a different color/size within the same style as the item you're returning. Your exchange order will be processed once the returned product is back in stock.
